We just can't be modest about this one. Our one-of-a-kind Leadership Boot Camp is so effective, even the most experienced leaders will have powerful shifts in understanding and insight. This is one of our best. Giving women a boost and a call to action that
encourages connecting worldwide. Each woman is an example of 'doing it
right,' but may need encouragement to go a few steps beyond their
current status. Highlights women breaking the status quo for their
age, race, look, or education level. Locally and globally, women are
waking up to the awareness that all things are not equal. Sister Stand
seeks to support programs that give whole person support and guide for
all aspects of women's lives -- nutrition, spirituality, body, mind,
finances, productivity and creation, giving back, relationships and
emotions.
Roots Institute
This series of forums and experiences move participants who come from international traditions to tell their stories, however sensitive or traumatic they may be, and to tell them in ways that fit their emerging talents. Arts, literature, music and dance are some of the methods for story-telling. Participants are partnered with a variety of community leaders who are mentors and students to the participants.
